Welcome to the magnificent Nahanni National Park Reserve located in Canada's Northwestern Territory. The park's splendid Virginia Falls are over twice as high as New York's Niagara Falls making them a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This protected wilderness was first established in 1972. The park's canyons and cascades attract paddlers from all around the world. Some of the resident wildlife include moose, otters, black bears, fox, golden eagles, and many others.
