Welcome to the beautiful Droop Mountain Battlefield State Park located in Hillsboro, West Virginia. This park was the site of the last major Civil War battle in West Virginia and is located on the Civil War Discovery Trail, an interstate trail that links up over 300 Civil War Historic Sites in 16 states.
