Welcome to Palmer Park in Tempe, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. This park is named for the first local parks director Vic Palmer who first migrated to the region from Indiana in the mid 1950's. The picnic area has grills so bring some meats to cook when visiting Palmer Park.
