Welcome to the largest protected area in all of Chile, the beautiful Bernardo O'Higgins National Park, which is over 200,000 acres larger than the largest National Park in the United States, Gates of the Arctic National Park in Alaska. This park was first established on July 22, 1969, two days after the first men in history walked on the moon, and is named for Chile's first head of State, Bernardo O'Higgins. Come out and explore.
