Fullerton California Parks
Welcome to Fullerton's Roger B. Chaffee Park, named in memory of one of the U.S. Astronauts who died in the 1967 Apollo One Fire. Chaffee also served his country as a lieutenant commander in the Navy. This is one of the three astronaut parks in the City of Fullerton, the other two being Virgil 'Gus' Grissom Park and Edward H. White Park. All three men were killed in the Apollo One Fire.
While visiting any City of Fullerton, California Park please respect these rules.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
*All vehicles must stay in designated areas.
*Unless otherwise posted, park hours are from dawn until dusk.
*Please keep all noise and music at reasonable volume.
*The following are all prohibited; golfing, defacing public property, littering.
*Please stay off of private property.
Please respect these rules, the parks, and all local, State of California, and United States Statutes. Come out and have fun.
