Welcome to Mike Ward Community Park in Irvine, California on the banks of San Diego Creek. The picnic area has grills so bring some meats for cooking. The basketball courts are lighted so people can play at night and the soccer field is informal so please bring your own goals. The field is wide enough for kite-flying on windy days.

Irvine California Park Ordinances

*The following are prohibited; littering, defacing public property, foul language, disorderly conduct, alcoholic beverages, harming plants or animals, weapons, glass objects.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycling, skating, motor vehicles, picnic grilling, swimming.

*All dogs must be leashed no longer than six feet and waste removed.

*The following require special permits; sales, solicitations, overnight camping, public assemblies, musical concerts.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.
