Welcome to Apopka's Wheatley Park. All of the athletic facilities including the two full basketball courts and sand volleyball court are lighted so people can play at night.

The park's official website says 6 acres but the GIS data gives the number below. Thus the exact acreage is unknown.

*Please respect all park property including buildings, athletic facilities, fences, walls, trees, bushes, etc.

*All bicycles, skateboards, and roller-blades must stay in designated areas.

*Please do not disturb, injure, trap, or harrass any wild animals.

*Swimming, fishing, and boating are restricted to designated areas. All glass objects are prohibited in swimming areas and scuba diving is not allowed.

*All burning is restricted to picnic grills.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed. There are posted areas where no dogs are allowed except for service animals.

*Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

*All amplified sound, sales, and solicitations require special permit.
