Welcome to the beautiful Gemini Springs Park located in DeBary, Florida.
Park History: Long before this land was a park it was prime agricultural land in the 19th century with the main crops being citrus, sugar cane, and pine trees. The last private owners to own the title to this property were a couple named Charles and Saundra Gray who bought the land in 1969 and owned it for a quarter century. This land was first purchased by Volusia County in 1994 with the help of the Florida Communities Trust, Trust for Public Land, and the St. John's River Water Management District.
Wildlife: Gemini Springs Park helps protect the home of numerous wild animals including squirrels, blue herons and white-tailed deer. Please treat their home with respect.
For the lover of the outdoors this park boasts multipurpose trails, canoe rentals, a fishing dock, and much more. Come on out and explore!
