Welcome to Highbanks Boat Ramp in DeLand, Florida.

When visiting any Park in Volusia County Florida please respect the rules.

*The following are prohibited in all Volusia County Parks, glass objects, weapons, explosives, metal detectors, foul language, destructive behavior, littering, harming plants or animals.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed. Dangerous animals will be asked to leave.

*Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at dawn and close at dusk.

*Vehicles must obey the 10 m.p.h. speed limit and all other State of Florida traffic laws.

*All burning is restricted to picnic grills and firepits.

Please respect these rules, the parks, and all local, State of Florida, and United States Statutes. Be safe and have fun.
