Welcome to Jacksonville's Brown L. Whatley Memorial Park which was first established in 1937 as Alexandria Park but was renamed in 1982 after local resident Brown Whatley lost his life in an automobile accident. Whatley himself was a real estate developed who helped build many local communities.
