Welcome to Jacksonville's Bruce Park, named for one of the founders of the Alderman Realty Company, Frederick Bruce a civil engineer who helped build one of the local jetties and the Flagler Hotel. This land was given to Duval County in 1954 for Recreational Purposes and then transferred to the City of Jacksonville in 1968. The tennis, basketball, and softball facilities at Bruce Park are lighted and allow for night games. Come on out and have fun!
