Forestry Tower Park
Jacksonville, Florida
Welcome to Jacksonville's Forestry Tower Park. Like the name implies, this park was once the site of a fire tower owned and operated by the Florida Division of Forestry. The site was shut down in 1992 and sold to the City of Jacksonville and made into a park. Today this park boasts a picnic area, a playground for the kids, and still boasts a small forest of pines, oaks, and cedars. Come on out and explore.
