Joseph Lee Center is an active urban park in Jacksonville, Florida that was first established in 1962. The picnic area has grills so bring some meats for cooking. The full basketball court is lighted so people can play at night. Joseph Lee was born in Boston in 1862 and is what some call the "Father of the American Playground Movement."
