Welcome to Jacksonville's Maxville Park located not far from the Jennings State Forest. For many years this land was harvested for it's vast timber resources before becoming a city park in 2002. The basketball courts at this park are lighted and allow for night games. The picnic shelters have grills so bring some meats for cooking.
