Welcome to Jacksonville's A. Philip Randolph Heritage Park. A. Philip Randolph himself was a local resident as well as an active member of the Civil Rights Movement in the mid-20th century. Randolph attended the 1963 March on Washington where Martin Luther King Jr. gave his historic speech.
