Welcome to Rice Creek Conservation Area located in Palatka, Florida. This natural park helps protect a natural oasis that is 70% wetlands and the remainder forest that give home to such wild animals as black bears, river otters, white-tailed deer, wild turkey, raccoons, squirrels, and many others.
