Welcome to what is considered the crown jewel of the Flagler County Park System, the calm, wild, and scenic Princess Place Preserve located near the confluence of Pellicer Creek and the Intracoastal waterway.

Park History: The land that is now Princess Place Preserve was one the estate of a Russian Prince. In 1886 it was built by Henry Cutting as a hunting lodge and today it remains the oldest standing structure in Flagler County. When Henry Cutting passed away his wife Angela married Russian Prince Boris Sherbatof and she became known as the princess. This is how the preserve got it's name and today she draws visitors from near and far.

Wildlife: Princess Place Preserve helps protect the home of numerous wild critters including ospreys and bald eagles. Please treat their home with respect.

For the lover of the outdoors Princess Place Preserve boasts many multipurpose trails, fishing along Pellicer Creek and the Matanzas River, opportunities to camp out under the stars, and so much more. Come on out and explore!
