Welcome to the beautiful Herbert Taylor Park located on the banks of Rock Creek and the South Fork of Peachtree Creek. This beautiful wooded park connects to Daniel Johnson Nature Preserve and helps protect the home of oaks, beeches, squirrels, raccoons, red-tailed hawks, and many others. Please treat their home with respect. This park makes for a great escape and a marvelous hike in the woods. Come on out and explore.

When visiting any Atlanta pubilc park please respect the rules.
*Park hours are from 6am until 11pm daily.
*Please report all illegal activities by dialing 911.
*The following are prohibited in all Atlanta parks; ponies, horses, narcotics, boating, swimming, defacing of public property, littering, glass objects.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
*All sales, tents, canopies, and amplified sound canopies require special permit.
*All vehicles must stay in designated areas.
*Except during special events and with the proper permits, consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
Please respect these rules as well as all local, State of Georgia, and United States statutes. Come out and have fun.
