Welcome to J.D. Sims Recreation Center located in Atlanta, Georgia. This mini park boasts a recreation center, one basketball court, and a playground for the kids. Come on out and have fun.

When visiting any Atlanta pubilc park please respect the rules.

*Park hours are from 6am until 11pm daily.

*Please report all illegal activities by dialing 911. 

*The following are prohibited in all Atlanta parks; ponies, horses, narcotics, boating, swimming, defacing of public property, littering, glass objects.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.

*All sales, tents, canopies, and amplified sound canopies require special permit.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas.

*Except during special events and with the proper permits, consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
