Welcome to the beautiful Red Top Mountain State Park located on the shores of Lake Allatoona in Cartersville, Georgia. Aside from the big lake some of the more terrestrial opportunities include over 4 miles of mountain biking trails and an archery range. 

Boating and Fishing: At 12,000 acres in size Lake Allatoona is chock full of aquatic recreational opportunities. Two concrete boat ramps give boaters access to the lake. There is even a marina where one can rent a watercraft for the day.

Camping and Lodging: Red Top Mountain State Park boasts 36 campsites for both tents and trailers. For those who would rather sleep indoors there are also 18 cottages. Come out and stay a few nights.
