First established in the mid-1990's, Duluth's Church Street Park is a small neighborhood recreation area located not far from downtown. It boasts a picnic shelter with grills and a full basketball court.

*All parks open at dawn and close at 11 pm.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas, motor vehicles, fires, skating.
*The following are prohibited; littering, throwing objects other than balls or frisbees, defacing public property, profane language, alcoholic beverages, harming plants or animals.
