Welcome to A.Y. McDonald Park located on the banks of the Mississippi River in downtown Dubuque, Iowa. This park has a multipurpose trail, a boat ramp with access to the Mississippi River, a playground and a picnic area. Come on out and relax and watch boats go by on the river.

When visiting any park in the City of Dubuque please respect the rules.

*Do not throw stones or other dangerous objects.

*Conducting of sales requires special permit.

*No posting of any signs on park grounds.

*No littering or dumping. Please place all trash in proper trash receptacles.

*All weapons and fireworks are prohibited on park grounds.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all traffic laws.

*All burning is restricted to grills.

*Except in certain designated areas, consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.

*Please use parks only during posted hours.
