Welcome to Slepicka Homestead Park located in Carol Stream, Illinois. This suburban park is named for the family that once owned and farmed the land from the 1940's until the early 21st century. In October 2008 the City of Carol Stream purchased the land and made it into a community park with a $700K grant from the State of Illinois. Today the park boasts picnic tables, community garden plots, an old concrete silo, and trail access to nearby Jirsa Park. Come out and have fun.
