Welcome to Keystone Playlot Park. This small urban playground was established in 1949 by the Bureau of Parks and Recreation in response to post World War II demand for recreational facilities. In 1950 the bureau added a spraypool, sandbox and playground to the site. In 1959, ten years after the park was established, the Bureau of Parks and Recreation transferred the park and most of the other parks under their control to the City of Chicago. The park's playground had it's last renovation in 1992. Come on out and have fun.
