Welcome to Chicago's Oriole Park located in the northwest section of town just off of Interstate 90. This park was named for a local subdivision and is also one of many in the city to be named for an animal or a plant. In the post WWII era this park saw many expansions to meet growing needs. The recreation center offers many programs for people of all ages including day camp in the summer and after school programs during the school year. Two of the ball diamonds are lighted so people can play at night.
