Welcome to Saint Louis Playlot Park located in Chicago, Illinois. This park was one of many that were established in order to meet the growing recreational needs of the post World War II generation. The basketball court is lighted so people can play at night. Both this park and the city in Missouri are named for France’s King Louis IX.
