Barclay Park is a small piece of suburban green space that is named for it's previous owner, who once served as mayor of Elgin and was big in the dairy industry.

Elgin Park Ordinances

*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey 15 m.p.h. speed limit and all State of Illinois traffic laws.

*Don't be a litterbug. Please put all trash in proper containers.

*Consumption of alcoholic beverages requires special permit.

*Do not disturb any plants or animals.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at dawn and close at dusk.

*All dogs must be leashed.

*All fires are restricted to picnic grills.
