Located on the banks of the Fox River, Elgin's Festival Park is the host of numerous community events throughout the year. Many people come here on hot summer days to cool down at it's water playground.

Elgin Park Ordinances

*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey 15 m.p.h. speed limit and all State of Illinois traffic laws.

*Don't be a litterbug. Please put all trash in proper containers.

*Consumption of alcoholic beverages requires special permit.

*Do not disturb any plants or animals.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at dawn and close at dusk.

*All dogs must be leashed.

*All fires are restricted to picnic grills.
