Wing Park

Welcome to one of the oldest and largest parks in the City of Elgin, Wing Park, first established in 1903. For over 100 years Wing Park has provided numerous recreational opportunities to resident and visitors of Elgin and is home to the famous Wing Park Bandshell were many concerts have been performed. Wing park also boasts a swimming pool, a volleyball court, multipurpose trails, and more. Come out and have fun!

Elgin Park Ordinances

*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey 15 m.p.h. speed limit and all State of Illinois traffic laws.

*Don't be a litterbug. Please put all trash in proper containers.

*Consumption of alcoholic beverages requires special permit.

*Do not disturb any plants or animals.

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at dawn and close at dusk.

*All dogs must be leashed.

*All fires are restricted to picnic grills.
