Welcome to Cartwright Park located in downtown Evanston, Illinois just east of the Memorial Park Cemetery. This suburban community park is roughly two and a half acres in size and has two tennis courts, a basketball court, an open grassy field, and a playground for the kids. So whether you live in the Chicago region, are a student at Northwestern University, or just here visiting, come out and bring your raquet and shoot a few hoops.

*Unless otherwise posted all city parks open at 6 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. 

*Alcoholic beverages, narcotics, and glass containers are prohibited. 

*Please use all athletic courts only for their designated purposes. 

*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Illinois traffic laws. 

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
