Welcome to Garden Park located on the shore of Lake Michigan in downtown Evanston, Illinois. Although there is no swimming beach at this park there is one at nearby South Boulevard Park. This park is undeveloped but makes a terrific spot to enjoy views of the lake and would be a great place to lay down a picnic and have a romantic evening.

*Unless otherwise posted all city parks open at 6 a.m. and close at 11 p.m.

*Alcoholic beverages, narcotics, and glass containers are prohibited.

*Please use all athletic courts only for their designated purposes.

*All motor vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Illinois traffic laws.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
