Welcome to Old Joliet Prison located on the banks of the Des Plaines River in Joliet, Illinois. This facility was built in 1858 and operated until the year 2002. It was the filming location for Season 1 of the Fox series Prison Break. Legend is that the place is haunted. Come out for a tour.
