Welcome to the beautiful River Road Park in Carmel, Indiana on the banks of the White River. The open field is a great place for kite-flying on windy days.

When visiting any Hamilton County Park please respect the rules.

*The following activities are prohibited; soliciting, open burning, golfing, hunting, playing with remote control aircraft or watercraft, consumption of alcoholic beverages, littering.

*All organized youth and adult events including Little League Sports, parties, etc require special permit.

*Smoking and swimming are only allowed in designated areas.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.

Please respect these rules, the parks, and all State of Indiana and United States statutes. Be safe and have fun.
