Welcome to Richard Vissing Park located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This park is named for the city's first five term mayor Richard Vissing who served from 1964-1983. Vissing did a lot of the city park system as mayor and helped to establish this park which finally opened in 1990. Over two thirds of this park remains in it's natural state but the rest has baseball fields, basketball courts, and more.
