Welcome to Miller-Highland Park in Kokomo, Indiana on the banks of Wildcat Creek. The two ball diamonds are lighted so people can play at night. One can access the Walk of Excellence Trail from here.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wild animals, indecent exposure, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; archery, fires, golfing, motor vehicles (including watercraft), swimming.

*The following require special permits; public meetings, sales.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
