Welcome to Brown County State Park located in Nashville, Indiana. The hills in this region actually bear a slight resemblance to the Great Smoky Mountains and thus this park has earned the nickname "the Little Smokies." At the end of the last ice age glacial retreat helped to form the hills and ravines in this beautiful region.

This is Indiana's largest State Park, at nearly 16,000 acres in size, and it has a lot to offer. One can stay indoors at the beautiful Abe Martin Lodge which was first built in 1932. To contact the lodge please call 812-988-4418. The park also has over 70 miles of multipurpose trails for all seasons, a 4,000 square foot indoor waterpark, over 400 electric campsites, and so much more.
