Welcome to Oakland-Billard Park in Topeka, Kansas. This park is home to the Oakland Community Center, the Mouse Trap Skate Park, the Oakland Pool, and also provides access to the Oakland-Santa Fe Trail. Except for the soccer field all of the athletic facilities are lighted so people can play at night.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, harming wildlife, littering.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, motor vehicles.
