North Woodland Park

Welcome to North Woodland Park in Wichita, Kansas on the banks of the Little Arkansas River just across from South Woodland Park. The trail links up to South Woodland Park and nearby Minisa Park. The multipurpose field has lights so people can play at night. Come out and shoot some hoops, bring the kids, have fun.

Wichita Park Rules

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at midnight.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, weapons, fireworks, littering, gambling, hunting, harming wild animals.

*The following require special permits; sales, parades, overnight camping, amplified sound, landing of hang-gliders, hot air balloons or skydivers.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, fishing, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, horseback riding, swimming, golfing, bicycles, flying remote control aircraft, archery.

*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.

*All persons aged 14 and up are prohibited from using the playground.
