Piatt Park

Wichita, Kansas

Piatt Park is a small urban pocket park in Wichita, Kansas that was first established in 1971. While visiting please remember that this park is a gravesite, it was here on January 16, 1965 that a KC-135 airplane crashed. The full basketball court and playground are lighted so people can play at night. Come out and shoot some hoops, bring the kids to play on the structure, have fun.
