Charles River Reservation

Welcome to Charles River Reservation stretching along the banks of the Charles River for many miles in Boston, Massachusetts. This is Boston's Green Gem and a beautiful green space that is perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of Boston, come out and enjoy.

The reservation has plenty to offer to everyone who wants to spend time outdoors. Activity spaces include ice-skating rinks, playgrounds, picnic areas, bike/walk paths and athletic fields. There are over 20 miles of biking trails, including boating opportunities (boating, canoeing, kayaking). Whether you walk or boat there's something for everyone.

Hours of operation are limited to daylight hours, and the green space does not allow consumption of alcoholic beverages, dogs on the other hand are welcome here. There is ample parking available.
