Allendale Woods Urban Wild

Welcome to the second largest forest in the City of Boston, Allendale Woods Urban Wild. The history of this natural park goes back to 1975 when the first parcels of land for the Charles-to-Charles Open Space Corridor were purchased. Most of this forest consists of oaks, maples, pines, and hickories. There is a hiking trail that goes through this beautiful woodland and wetland preserve. Come out and explore.
