Welcome to Rose Hill Manor Park in Frederick, Maryland. This park is home to the historic and beautiful Rose Hill Manor that was first built in 1792 and was the home of Thomas Johnson who was the first Governor of Maryland. Come out and play a few rounds of tennis and have fun.
