Welcome to Loerch Wildlife Management Area in Brainerd, Minnesota. This WMA was first established in 1964 in order to improve wildlife habitat along Sand Creek. 20 years later in 1984 a waterfowl impoundment was constructed in the northeast corner of the preserve. Come out and hike the 2 mile trail.
