Welcome to Hancock Recreation Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This place offers many programs for kids year round including after-school programs and family events. The basketball court is a half court.

*All parks open at dawn and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; skating, swimming, motor vehicles, bicycles, picnic grilling, fishing, golfing, boating.

*The following are prohibited; tossing coins into fountains, defacing public property, littering, digging, glass objects.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
