Welcome to the Martin Luther King Recreation Center. Like many cities across the United States, Saint Paul, Minneosta has a park named for Martin Luther King. This center has many programs for people of all ages from sports for both youth and adult as well as after school programs.

Saint Paul Park Ordinances

*All parks open at dawn and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; skating, swimming, motor vehicles, bicycles, picnic grilling, fishing, golfing, boating.

*The following are prohibited; tossing coins into fountains, defacing public property, littering, digging, glass objects.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
