Mears Park is a beautiful urban green space in downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota. It has a small stream running through it, beautiful seasonal flowers, and is home to many concerts and other events. While relaxing at Mears you may hear some music to your ears.

Saint Paul Park Ordinances

*All parks open at dawn and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; skating, swimming, motor vehicles, bicycles, picnic grilling, fishing, golfing, boating.

*The following are prohibited; tossing coins into fountains, defacing public property, littering, digging, glass objects.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
