Welcome to North Dale Recreation Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota. All of the park's athletic facilities are lighted so people can play at night. Come out and play a few rounds of tennis, hit some homers, and bring the kids to the playground.

Saint Paul Park Ordinances

*All parks open at dawn and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; skating, swimming, motor vehicles, bicycles, picnic grilling, fishing, golfing, boating.

*The following are prohibited; tossing coins into fountains, defacing public property, littering, digging, glass objects.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
