Welcome to Valley Park in downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota just east of the Capitol Building. The baseball/softball facility at Valley Park is a backstop, and the soccer field is informal.

Saint Paul Minnesota Park Ordinances

*All parks open at dawn and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; skating, swimming, motor vehicles, bicycles, picnic grilling, fishing, golfing, boating.

*The following are prohibited; tossing coins into fountains, defacing public property, littering, digging, glass objects.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
