Welcome to Harmon Park in West Saint Paul, Minnesota. This is west Saint Paul's oldest as well as one of it's most active recreation areas. The park's neighborhood center can host crowds of up to 70 people. Come cool down at the water playground on a hot summer day.

West Saint Paul Park Ordinances

*All parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited in any city park; foul language, violent behavior, defacing public property, littering, glass objects.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; swimming, golfing, motor vehicles, bicycles, canoeing.

*The following require special permits; horseback riding, overnight camping, public assembly.

*All dogs must be leashed no longer than 6 feet and waste removed.
