Kennedy Park is a small urban plaground in West Saint Paul, Minnesota. It is named for the 35th President of the United States John F. Kennedy who was assassinated in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963.

West Saint Paul Park Ordinances

*All parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited in any city park; foul language, violent behavior, defacing public property, littering, glass objects.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; swimming, golfing, motor vehicles, bicycles, canoeing.

*The following require special permits; horseback riding, overnight camping, public assembly.

*All dogs must be leashed no longer than 6 feet and waste removed.
